Service Description
Location: Palms Community Centre, Shenton Park Cost: Completely free Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes Details: Sessions include a warm up, non-combat boxing and a wellness workshop. Gloves, pads and equipment is provided, so all you will need is to wear clothes and shoes that you're comfortable exercising in and bring a water bottle. These sessions are designed for everyone. No skill level or fitness level is needed to get involved. Each class includes a warm up, non-combat boxing, stretching, as well as a participant-led wellbeing workshop.
